I found out what this is and where it is located…
Its a portion of the Scarbo movement from Ravel’s Gaspard de la Nuit.
It’s located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was the former Schmidtt music building.
It is actually a new mural that was painted last year.
That’s awesome.
